What We Believe

Statement of Faith

We believe there is one true and living God, who eternally exists In three Persons , the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. (Isaiah 40: 12-26; Isaiah 46:8-11; Ephesians 4: 5-6).

We believe in Jesus Christ, God's only begotten Son, born of a virgin, suffered, died and rose again from the dead. We believe that Jesus was sent by God to man, that whosoever believeth in Him shall not perish; but have everlasting life. (John 3:16; Matthew 1:18-25; Matthew 27:27-28)

We believe that all men have fallen through sin and need salvation by grace through faith as a gift from God and not works. Those that receive salvation are the body of Christ, the Church, which are the ones that Christ is coming back for. (Romans 10:9-13; Ephesians 2: 8-9; Romans 3:23-26; Acts 1:9-11; Matthew 26:31-34)

We believe that the blood of Jesus can cleanse from every sin and that without the shedding of this blood there can be no forgiveness of sin . (Ephesians 1: 5-7; 1John 1:7; Hebrews 9:2)

We believe the Holy Ghost came forth from the Father and Son to convict the world of sin and to indwell every believer in Jesus Christ. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit and the exerciser of all the Biblical gifts of the Spirit. (John 15:26; Acts 1:8; John 14:16; 1Corinthians 12:4-11)

We believe the Holy Scriptures are the Infallible Word of God fully inspired by the Holy Spirit and is our final authority as the rule of faith and practice. ( 2Timothy 3:14 -17; Romans 15:4)

We believe that Christ our Lord before His departure commanded all believers to go into the entire world and preach the Gospel to all creatures. (Matthew 28:16-20; Mark 16:15 ; Luke 24:47; 2Corinthians 5:17 -20)

We believe water baptism and communion are open to all believers. (Acts 2:38 ; 1Corinthians 11:23 -30; Matthew 28:19-20)

We believe there is a heaven as a reward to the believer beyond death, including a bodily resurrection from the dead. Likewise, there is a hell as the reward of the believer beyond death, including a bodily resurrection to live in everlasting torment and separation from God. (Matthew 25:31-34)
